Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our Manatal Tech Team Account in Uppsala, Sweden. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our product and ensuring that it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our company's vision. You will work closely with our development and product teams to create a user-friendly and visually appealing product that sets us apart from our competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for our product, from conceptualization to final implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and feedback

- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms

- Ensure that the product design is consistent and aligned with our brand guidelines

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into our product design

- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead role

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product designs

- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

- Experience with user research, user testing, and creating user personas

- Knowledge of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
