You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our software is functioning properly and meeting the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients who use our recruitment software

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve any technical issues they may be experiencing

- Work closely with the production team to ensure that our software is functioning properly and meeting the needs of our clients

- Identify and report any bugs or issues with the software and work with the development team to resolve them

- Train clients on how to use our software and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our software and support services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of software development and troubleshooting

- Experience with recruitment software is a plus

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
