Position: SLK Test Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Manatal Tech Team as an Account (Production) in New York, NY. Position Overview: As an Account (Production) for our Manatal Tech Team, you will be responsible for managing and executing software testing projects for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their testing requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing services. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute software testing projects for our clients according to their requirements and timelines - Collaborate with our clients to understand their testing needs and provide them with the most effective testing solutions - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing - Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them - Communicate project status and any issues or risks to stakeholders - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing services - Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service - Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a production environment - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar - Experience with automated testing tools is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with clients and providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for software testing and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
