Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead our technology department. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology operations, including software development, IT infrastructure, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap, in line with business goals and objectives - Lead and manage the technology team, including software developers, IT support, and other technical staff - Oversee the development and maintenance of our software products, ensuring high quality and timely delivery - Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions - Monitor and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement - Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented - Communicate and collaborate with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale technology projects - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps - Experience in recruiting, managing, and mentoring a team of software developers - In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluent in English, both written and spoken Location and Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangkok, Thailand.
