Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our Manatal Tech Team Account (Production). As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our software and providing technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our development team and be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs in the software

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

- Stay updated on the latest features and updates of the software to provide better support to clients

- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software releases

- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve the support process

- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge to enhance the support provided to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service

- Familiarity with customer support software and tools

- Knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus

- Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
