Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic Manatal Tech Team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing them with tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Manatal Tech's recruitment software
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to improve our products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Represent Manatal Tech at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
