Role overview
We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager with 1+ years of experience in product management to join our fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will contribute to building category-defining products and features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from concept to successful delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities

Feature Conception:

• Understand customer pain points and identify solutions to address them.
• Translate customer needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate concepts.

Product Delivery:

• Assist in converting product objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate the feature delivery process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for feature-related inquiries from internal teams (customer success, customer support, and others).

Feature Success:

• Track and analyze key metrics for all launched features.
• Implement improvements based on user feedback and data insights to ensure product success.

Requirements

General requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in B2B and/or SaaS.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently on projects.
• Ability to turn high-level ideas into actionable, detailed specifications.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker).
• Familiarity with software engineering concepts.
• Experience working in a pre-sales environment.
