Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our production team in Airdrie, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of our software products. You will work closely with our development and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical support inquiries from clients via email, phone, or our online support system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve any bugs or glitches in the system
- Conduct product trainings for clients to ensure they are utilizing our products to their full potential
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support inquiries and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of our software products to effectively assist clients
- Continuously improve and streamline our technical support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with customer service and providing training or demonstrations is a plus
- Knowledge of recruitment industry and applicant tracking systems is a plus
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Airdrie, Canada. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
