Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of a B2B SaaS product aimed at streamlining business processes for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a solution that drives customer value, revenue growth, and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap by conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and monitoring industry trends.

  • Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Engage with stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, customer success) to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning, and work closely with engineering, UX/design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop position statements, pricing strategies, launch plans, and sales enablement materials.

  • Customer & Market Insights: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses to validate feature concepts, measure product-market fit, and iterate on the roadmap.

  • Performance Tracking & Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption rates, usage metrics, churn, and revenue impact; monitor and report on product performance.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance insights to executive leadership and external partners on a regular basis.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose improvements in product development workflows, and champion best practices (e.g., A/B testing, MVPs, analytics instrumentation).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

  • 35+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally serving enterprise or mid-market customers.

  • Proven track record of launching successful SaaS products or features that achieved measurable business impact.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel) to drive product decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both internal teams and external customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile setting.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and common SaaS architectures (multi-tenant, API-driven).

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and comfortable collaborating with design teams to optimize user workflows.
