About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, youll be responsible for turning raw data into meaningful insights that guide key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, and engineering to ensure our strategies are driven by accurate and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting systems using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Partner with stakeholders to define data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Develop and implement data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and scalability.

Conduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate business initiatives.

Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Deep understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Experience working with relational databases and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Solid grasp of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression modeling.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
