Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Specialist Intern to join the Sales Operations team. This role is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, process optimization, and strategic business support. The intern will play a key role in driving analytics initiatives, supporting process transformation, training new interns, and ensuring smooth lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Business Cases
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and conversion rates.
- Build business cases to support decision-making around new sales strategies, tools, and processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to assess the current status of subscribed accounts, funnel health, and process efficiency.
- Lead Management & Qualification
- Conduct daily lead qualification based on the companys criteria and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Utilize internal tools (HubSpot, Notion, GTM platforms) to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to route leads appropriately and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Training & Onboarding
- Support in training and onboarding new SalesOps interns, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and smooth integration.
- Create and maintain internal training materials, process documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Process & Project Management
- Assist the SalesOps Manager in ongoing sales and process transformation initiatives.
- Help map, document, and optimize sales workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate cross-team projects and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- General Support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc project support and contribute to special assignments from leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in sales strategy, operations, and business analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is based at our Bangkok office in the heart of the city center.
As a team of diverse cultures and nationalities, English language proficiency is required.
