Role Overview

Continuously monitor and analyze the activities of key players in a specific market, with a focus on their strategies, product evolution, and performance.

This role involves in-depth market and product research, data interpretation, and clear, data-driven reporting to help the company maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment software industry by providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making within the organization.


Responsibilities 

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify macro trends, key players, market positioning, and strategies within the recruitment software market.
  • Analyze market data, product information, financials, and industry news to create comprehensive competitive analysis reports.
  • Produce and present a report detailing the state of the recruitment software industry including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of competitors in the recruitment software market.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize various tools and methodologies to present findings in a clear and visually engaging manner to aid in decision-making processes.


Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    Strong analytical skills with an acute attention to detail to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze relevant data.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills for report creation, ensuring that complex information is conveyed clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication and report creation.
