Overall responsibilities and duties: Responsible to perform tests and to do the report with respect of procedures, planning and HSE rules. Also, operator is responsible for day-to-day maintenance "level 0" of the equipment. The main missions of the role are: - Performance & QCDP:

  • Responsible to perform tests in line with specifications, test methods andregulations in the specified time.
  • Record the test results in the test report or in the airbag matrix and send it to the Airbag Engineer for review
  • Optimize equipment using
  • Responsible to perform the tests according to the time schedule, and alerts his/her manager in case of deviation
  • Insure doing the test report in defined timing Inform/ask for advice to the Airbag Testing Group Leader if any doubt or non-conformity
  • Insure maintenance level 1 of his/her equipment
  • Collaborate in general tasks related with testing department (QRCI, others)
  • Use of the equipment according to manual instructions and special care
  • Respect general laboratory rules
  • Attend punctually to the top 5, training planned or other meetings invitations
  • HSE:
  • Respect of HSE rules, EPI
  • Purpose HSE improvements for his/her workstation
  • Insure 5S in his/her department
  • Quality:
  • Respect the quality procedures in line with his/her job
  • Respect confidentiality rules

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: FP technician or significant experience in same domain (between 1 and 3 years) Experience:

  • User level knowledge of computer technology
  • 1-3 years
  • Analysis and control senior technician recommended
  • Skills and competencies
  • English required
  • Rigorous by applying the expected rules
  • Capacity of Catalogues for testing interpretation
