Project Operation Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Operation Manager, you will lead customer project implementation, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be ensuring successful project delivery that meets timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project implementation and ensure successful delivery according to contractual agreements
  • Plan, monitor, and control project activities to optimize resource planning and utilization
  • Build relationships with all project stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage project costs, cash flow, and follow up on invoices and payment collection
  • Understand and apply project-specific terms and conditions while being aware of risks to margin and performance
  • Provide appropriate status reports to customers and stakeholders
  • Apply negotiation skills for effective scope and change management
  • Identify and mitigate project-associated risks
  • Collaborate with suppliers and the supply management function to secure optimal purchasing outcomes
  • Define, document, and communicate project roles and responsibilities clearly
  • Conduct regular project reviews and resolve resource conflicts with line management
  • Ensure project execution complies with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
  • Implement quality management processes to meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate commissioning schedules with site managers and customers, managing resources, damaged parts, technical changes, and HSE requirements

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, automation, or relevant industrial engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project business and international business environments
  • Marine & Offshore business knowledge (valuable)
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
