About the Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic, highly creative, and organized Event & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Manifesto Anděl.

This is a junior, hands-on role sitting within our marketing and events team at Manifesto Anděl. You will support the day-to-day execution of content creation, social media, and public event coordination. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and Operations Manager, learning the ropes of both digital marketing and live event production. This is a role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, reliable under guidance, and excited by a workplace that moves fast.

What You'll Do

• Public Events & Programming: Maintain the event calendar alongside the Sales Marketing Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to help shape concepts. Once approved, coordinate the logistics and execution of public events working alongside the Operations Manager, from vendor and artist liaison to on-the-day delivery. Prepare event briefs and post-event reports using provided templates.
  
• Content Creation: Film, photograph, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, covering food, events, and daily life at the market. Write captions, scripts, and micro-stories. Support the Graphic Designer with basic design tasks in Canva or other similar tools following brand guidelines.
  
• Owned Media & Community: Help manage Manifesto Anděl's social channels and content calendar. Schedule and publish posts, monitor community interactions, track weekly performance metrics, and contribute ideas for campaigns and local marketing initiatives. Assist with newsletters and maintain media libraries and brand asset folders.
• On-Site & Marketing Support: Attend events, openings and special occasions to capture real-time content. Work with the Marketing Manager to gather stories and behind-the-scenes material. Support PR and influencer visits on-site and assist with copywriting as needed.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, digital content creation, social media, or event coordination (hospitality experience is a big plus).
• The "All-Rounder" Mindset: You enjoy a job that is "a little bit of everything", from brainstorming creative campaigns and editing reels to managing logistical spreadsheets on the event floor.
• Content & Design Savvy: Strong mobile content creation skills (filming, photography, sound syncing, transitions) and daily proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
• Language Skills: Fluent Czech (native/C1) and English are required for daily copywriting (captions, website, newsletters) and international team alignment.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and time management. You love structure, excel at cross-team communication, and stay calm under pressure during live events.
• Flexibility: Ability to work on-site regularly at Anděl and attend evening/weekend events when needed.
