About the Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, and results-oriented Commercial Partnership Manager to join our Prague team.

Your mission is clear: identify, approach, and close deals with major B2B clients, from global agencies and brands to leading local companies, who want to host events, launches, or celebrations in our vibrant spaces.

This is a commercial role that blends aggressive acquisition with Sales Operations and Strategic Account Management. You will be the key link between Manifestos venues and the market, turning outreach into signed contracts through a data-driven acquisition strategy . What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, agencies, and corporate partners to close high-value deals and full buyouts.
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with a strict focus on Reach (outbound volume) and Conversion (lead-to-deal ratios), using data to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with DMCs, MICE, Travel Agencies and Creative Agencies, moving beyond one off sales to integrated commercial frameworks.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence to analyze competitors and identify new, data-backed business opportunities.
  • Handle pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue while collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure high rebooking rates and client satisfaction.


What You Bring

  • You thrive on building relationships from scratch and have a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • High proficiency in using CRMs (Notion/Google Workspace) to track, analyze, and report on daily reach and conversion performance.
  • Fluent in Czech and English with the ability to pitch to the decision-makers and tell a compelling brand story.
  • Strong goal orientation and the ability to see the "big picture" of a partnership's impact.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to be on-site to ensure event delivery meets our high international standards.
