About the Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Prague team.

Your mission is clear: identify, approach, and close deals with major B2B clients, from global brands and agencies to leading local companies, who want to host events, launches, or celebrations in our vibrant spaces.

This is a high-impact commercial role for a "Hunter" who loves the thrill of closing a deal. You will fully own the sales cycle, turning outbound outreach into signed contracts through a data-driven strategy. While this is an individual contributor role (no direct reports), you will be the key driver of our commercial success and the face of Manifesto in the B2B market.

What You'll Do

  • B2B Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients, brands, and corporate partners to close high-value deals and full buyouts.
  • Sales Operations: Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with a strict focus on outreach volume (Reach) and lead-to-deal ratios (Conversion).
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with DMCs, MICE, and Creative Agencies to drive recurring business.
  • On-site Operations & Execution: Work closely with the operations team on-site to exceed client expectations and ensure the highest level of satisfaction through seamless event delivery.
  • Contracting & Retention: Handle pricing and contract negotiations while maintaining high client satisfaction to drive rebooking rates.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market intelligence to analyze competitors and identify new business opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Sales DNA: You thrive on building relationships from scratch and have a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in using CRMs (Notion/Google Workspace) to track, analyze, and report on daily performance.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Czech and English with the ability to pitch to decision-makers and tell a compelling brand story.
  • Goal Orientation: Strong focus on results and the ability to see the "big picture" of a partnership's impact.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in using CRMs (Notion/Google Workspace) to track, analyze, and report on daily performance.
  • Proactive Presence: Willingness to be on-site to ensure event delivery meets our high international standards and to network with clients.
