Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service across all store departments. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers, resolve their concerns, and provide a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, and resolve issues

  • Process returns and exchanges following company policies

  • Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive experience

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • 36 months of experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

  • Valid Passport

  • ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including a minimum of 48 hours per week
