Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service across all store departments. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers, resolve their concerns, and provide a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, and resolve issues

Process returns and exchanges following company policies

Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive experience
Requirements

Bachelors Degree

Fluent English communication skills

36 months of experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Valid Passport

ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including a minimum of 48 hours per week
