Job Summary:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead and oversee all HR functions within the pharmaceutical company, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive team, driving organizational change, promoting a positive company culture, and ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent in a highly competitive and regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys overall business goals and vision.
- Partner with the executive team to shape organizational structure, culture, and talent management strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters to the CEO, senior leadership team, and line managers.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals, especially for key technical and regulatory roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ensure effective workforce planning to meet the current and future business needs.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Employee Development & Retention
- Implement training, development, and career progression programs to foster employee growth.
- Create retention strategies to keep high-performing employees and ensure leadership continuity.
- Manage succession planning for key leadership roles, ensuring the development of future leaders within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Benchmark salary structures to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
- Monitor and manage the performance management process to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluations.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and employee engagement.
- Address employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to improve employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oversee safety and wellness programs, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage risks associated with talent management, organizational change, and employee relations.

HR Technology & Analytics
- Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline HR operations and improve decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR information systems (HRIS).
- Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
Age Restrictions: Below 45 Years
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, executive-level position.
- Occasional travel may be required to support various company locations or meet with key stakeholders.
