We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager/Executive to lead and manage multi-channel digital campaigns for U.S.-based businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance across key digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Conduct audience segmentation, market research, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), improve conversion rates, and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and user behavior.

  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Knowledge of CRO tools such as VWO or Google Optimize.

  • Industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.

Package Details

Location: Remote (U.S. Time Zone)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: USD 3,500 - 5,000 per month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Relocation Note: Initially remote. Onsite presence in the U.S. will be required later. Willingness to travel and valid documentation (Passport, ITIN) are mandatory.
