We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager/Executive with proven expertise in Shopify to support our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end store operations, implement performance improvements, and lead integrations for optimal e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify store setup, daily operations, and maintenance

  • Implement third-party applications and checkout upgrades

  • Optimize store speed, user experience, and SEO performance

  • Analyze key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and cart abandonment

  • Set up and manage international features (currency, language, shipping)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: content, marketing, logistics, and design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify and e-commerce

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, Liquid, and GA4

  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer experience best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with global shipping, tax, and compliance settings

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Yotpo, ReCharge, and other e-commerce tools

  • Shopify certifications or related professional training

Package Details

Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time)

Salary: USD 3,500 – 5,000/month (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Relocation Note: Initially remote. Onsite presence in the U.S. will be required later. Willingness to travel and valid documentation (Passport, ITIN) are mandatory.
