About the job E-Commerce Manager / Executive (Shopify Expert)
We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager/Executive with proven expertise in Shopify to support our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end store operations, implement performance improvements, and lead integrations for optimal e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify store setup, daily operations, and maintenance

Implement third-party applications and checkout upgrades

Optimize store speed, user experience, and SEO performance

Analyze key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and cart abandonment

Set up and manage international features (currency, language, shipping)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: content, marketing, logistics, and design
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify and e-commerce

Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, Liquid, and GA4

In-depth understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer experience best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills:

Experience with global shipping, tax, and compliance settings

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Yotpo, ReCharge, and other e-commerce tools

Shopify certifications or related professional training

Package Details
Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time)
Salary: USD 3,500 – 5,000/month (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Relocation Note: Initially remote. Onsite presence in the U.S. will be required later. Willingness to travel and valid documentation (Passport, ITIN) are mandatory.
