Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee store operations during assigned shifts, manage staff tasks, and ensure high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a leadership path and U.S. work experience within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shift teams

• Monitor store cleanliness, workflow, and inventory

• Maintain accurate shift records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (any field)

• Strong English communication skills

• 36 months of storekeeping experience (preferred)

• Computer and reporting proficiency

• Valid passport

• ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (minimum 48 hours per week)
