Location: USA
Pay Rate: USD 15 - 20 per hour (minimum 48-hour work week; overtime available and paid)

Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the store, adherence to company standards, and achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations and manage staff effectively

• Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with vendors

• Monitor daily sales and prepare regular reports

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any field

• Good English communication skills

• 1 year of experience in retail/storekeeping (preferred)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory management systems)

• Valid passport

• ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (minimum 48 hours per week)
