About the Role
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager/Executive to lead strategy, content creation, community engagement, and paid promotions across platforms for our U.S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement tailored social media strategies for each platform

Build and maintain content calendars aligned with client goals

Lead community engagement, influencer marketing, and brand advocacy initiatives

Track social media performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics

Coordinate with creative teams, marketing strategists, and ad managers

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns

Monitor trends, emerging formats, and competitor activity to refine strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management

Proven ability to craft engaging stories and write compelling copy

Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills

Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere

Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Meta, HubSpot)

Experience in running ad campaigns and A/B testing creatives
