Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Sales Associates / Floor Staff to join a leading retail team in the USA. In this role, you will assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner

• Refill and organize shelves, ensuring proper stock levels

• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

• Report low stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Good English communication skills

• Retail experience preferred

• Basic physical fitness for handling floor duties

• Valid Passport

• ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

• Willing to work flexible shifts (minimum 48 hours per week)
