Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in the U.S. retail sector. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in managing employees, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels

• Assist in planning staff schedules and daily store operations

• Provide support in customer interactions and problem-solving

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• Strong English communication skills

• 1 year of experience in store or retail roles (preferred)

• Basic computer and organizational skills

• Valid Passport

• ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (minimum 48 hours per week)
