About the job Business Development with Professional Services Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts, formulate and implement business strategies
- Exercise direct sales, channel sales and marketing activities, KCY activities
- Develop and execute industry account penetration plans and meet assigned revenue and profit targets
- Provide guidance and expertise in developing new products and solutions to meet the market needs
Secondary Experience
- Have experience with Import/Export Brand customers
- Have experience with supply chain information systems primarily distribution practices
- Understand Methodology – understand user requirements and document business processes
- Partial duties involve post implementation reviews and minor administrative responsibilities
- Light marketing activities working with experienced marketing team
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years working experience with strong KYC skills, preferably with a background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Project implementation methodologies
- Business Development with understanding of Project Management with clear prioritization and organization skills
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and influence both internal and external parties
- Able to establish and build good customer relationships
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bengali (native) is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Must be comfortable communicating with Western Customers
