Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Stores Supervisor to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores and ensure efficient warehousing processes.

• Implement accurate inventory management systems and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Supervise storekeepers, delivery staff, and warehouse assistants, ensuring performance and compliance.

• Coordinate with procurement, project, and maintenance teams to meet material and equipment needs.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting audits and stocktaking activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably within contracting or technical services.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with hands-on supervisory experience.

• Solid knowledge of stock control systems and digital inventory tracking.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures is considered an asset.

• Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and drive process improvements.
