Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems, including Windows Servers, PKI environments, networking devices, and backup solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (Level 3) to ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance.

  • Manage software deployments, configuration changes, and version control following ITIL best practices.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, disaster recovery procedures, and operational manuals.

  • Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver reliable service.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support, maintenance, or system operations within enterprise environments.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Windows Server (2022/2019), Active Directory, Hyper-V, and backup solutions (preferably Veeam).

  • Solid networking knowledge (Cisco, VLANs, routing, firewall, DNS, CDN, Cloudflare).

  • Familiarity with PKI/CA operations and security compliance standards (EIDAS, ICAO, ISO27001).

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
