Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our clients team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing procurement processes and logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage purchase requests from different departments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Coordinate shipments and logistics operations with transport partners, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Communicate proactively with internal teams, providing updates on material delivery timelines and addressing potential issues.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure optimal use of storage space and proper material handling.

Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement and logistics coordination.

Background in shipping and customs procedures is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Good understanding of supply chain processes and documentation flow.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
