Warehouse Picker

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Picker to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order picking, packing, stock handling, and maintaining an organised warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately using picking lists and handheld warehouse systems.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch on pallets.
• Assist with receiving goods and checking deliveries against purchase orders.
• Support stock control activities, including stock counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment while assisting with loading and unloading activities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or picking/packing roles is considered an asset.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties.

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Benefits:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday;
  • 1 weekend every 3 months, and public holidays that he/she will be rostered
• Working Hours:
  • 40hr per week, but it can go up to 50/55 depending on the load (not always guaranteed, as it varies)
