Senior Finance Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager – Operations to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance analyst team, ensuring accurate cost accounting and performance reporting
• Oversee manufacturing labour and overhead cost control, including standard costing and variance analysis
• Act as a finance business partner to Operations and Technical teams, supporting production planning and cost optimisation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for manufacturing labour and overheads
• Provide financial insights, reports, and decision support to senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Masters degree in Finance/Business or equivalent accountancy qualification
• Warranted or Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 8 years experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, ideally within FMCG
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, costing, financial modelling, and BI reporting
