On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is responsible for strengthening the HR function through accurate reporting, reliable data management and the continuous development of HR systems and processes. The position plays a key role in HR planning, analytics improvement and supporting the team in building strong system and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Ensure timely updates, data imports and accuracy across HR databases.
  • Work closely with ICT and other teams to safeguard data integrity across systems.
  • Drive automation initiatives within HR reporting, including performance and training data.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports.

Process Improvement & SOP Development

  • Map HR processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Create, update and maintain HR SOPs in line with company standards.
  • Lead system-related initiatives and support internal/external audits.

Training, Performance & HR Support

  • Train HR team members on Power BI, ERP and related tools.
  • Support simplification of HR tasks and ensure timely, accurate data input.
  • Assist line managers in implementing talent and career development frameworks.
  • Contribute to the performance management cycle, including calibration and KPI processes.

Ideal Candidate

Education

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Finance, Science or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience, ideally within FMCG, with exposure to data management, research and analytics.
