Junior Technician

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Technician to join our client's team. This role forms part of the Technical and Maintenance Division and offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring efficient service delivery across various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine planned maintenance across office and HoReCa environments
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, heating, and electronic faults
• Carry out on-site service calls and technical interventions
• Install and set up new equipment as required
• Use technical manuals and tools to identify and resolve issues

Key Requirements:

• MQF Level 3/4 qualification in Engineering or a Technical field
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Valid driving licence and ability to work independently
• Basic IT proficiency and good time management skills

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
