Junior Legal Executive

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Executive to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting all documentation required for the registration of vessels under the Malta flag
• Handling all legal aspects of ship sale and purchase transactions of Malta-flagged vessels
• Assisting the team with day-to-day casework and liaising directly with clients and relevant authorities
• Managing individual client relationships independently

Requirements:

• Demonstrates a keen interest in the technical aspects of maritime legal matters and takes a proactive, hands-on approach
• Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A degree in Law (not yet warranted) or fully warranted lawyer; prior experience in maritime law or ship registration will be considered an asset
