Manpower is looking for an Executive, Operations – Claims

What you will be doing

• Handling day‑to‑day Life claims (maturities, surrenders, death claims)
• Supporting clients via phone and email with clear, professional communication
• Ensuring claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations
• Assisting with reporting, UAT testing, commissions, and operational projects
• Working closely with the Claims team to improve processes and service delivery

What were looking for

• Experience in insurance claims or a similar operations role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Confident using MS Office and managing multiple priorities
