Senior Network Admin

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Network Administrator (ICT) to join our client's team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ICT professional to take ownership of a critical network infrastructure environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and resilience across enterprise systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and enhancing network architecture, while also supporting strategic ICT initiatives and guiding internal teams. Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and telephony systems
Design, implement, and optimise LAN/WAN architecture and network security solutions
Monitor network performance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security standards
Develop and execute disaster recovery plans, backups, and system resilience testing
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and support for ICT projects and network operations

Key Requirements:
Strong experience in network administration with solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, and firewall technologies
Hands-on expertise with Cisco systems and network security frameworks
Proven ability in troubleshooting, risk analysis, and performance optimisation
Relevant academic qualifications in ICT or equivalent professional experience
Excellent organisational, analytical, and teamwork skills
