About the job HR Executive
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Executive to join our client's team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to HR transformation and help create a positive and values-driven workplace culture.
Responsibilities:

Support and execute HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement.

Coordinate training and development programmes, ensuring accurate record keeping and alignment with company objectives.

Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel or similar tools.

Contribute to HR digitalisation and process improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with Maltese employment law and company policies.
Key Requirements:

Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or training.

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR data reporting.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.

Experience in the engineering or construction sector will be considered an asset.

- Type of Contract: Indefinite
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday - to start either at 7:30/8/8.30 or 9 am
- Work Setting: Hybrid - Mainly office-based but 2 times a month will be remote
- Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
