You'll play a key role in supporting clients and helping to deliver seamless yacht administration services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with yacht and vessel registrations, renewals, transfers, and deletions.
  • Support clients with crew documentation, endorsements, authorisations, and Seaman Book applications.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to vessel registrations, mortgages, radio licences, ownership transfers, and name changes.
  • Assist with applications relating to yacht administration, corporate structures, and import/export procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records, databases, filing systems, and internal registers.
  • Liaise with maritime authorities, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance with maritime requirements.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and administrative support functions.
  • Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery.


Requirements

  • A-Level, Diploma, Certification, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within maritime, shipping, yachting, or a similar administrative environment is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to international clients, authorities, or regulatory processes will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
