Product Owner

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Product Owner to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strong advocate for users, ensuring customer needs, pain points, and value guide all product decisions

• Translate product vision and strategic goals into clear epics, user stories, priorities, and well-defined acceptance criteria

• Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, performance data, and market trends

• Work closely with engineering, sales, customer support, customer success, and marketing to ensure aligned delivery and successful product adoption

• Lead stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, and delivery reviews, ensuring features meet quality standards and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage products end-to-end

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

• Strong command of written and spoken English
