Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a HR Executive to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support, covering the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Maltese legislation and HR best practices. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently within a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, Health & Safety regulations, data protection, and ISO standards
  • Maintain HR records, update employee data, and manage documentation within HR systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments including payroll, finance, and talent acquisition teams
  • Handle work permits, government submissions, and support training coordination initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or payroll-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures, employment legislation, and best practices
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Shireburn Indigo
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an asset
