Turkish Customer Support Agent
Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Turkish Customer Support Agent to join our client's team. This role focuses on delivering a premium experience to high-value players through proactive engagement, detailed reporting, and tailored promotional support.
Key Responsibilities
· Promptly and efficiently deal with customer enquiries or complaints via any communication channel offered (e-mail/phone/chat) within set service level agreement levels
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
· Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query
· Report and follow up technical issues reported by clients
· Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
· Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements
· Take a pro-active approach towards procedures or working practices to improve customer service efficiency
· Help the company with translation efforts as required
· Perform customer verifications, Know Your Client procedures within the set guidelines
· Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments
· Building interest in our products and services within our client base.
· Work on a shift basis to meet customers' requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business
· Any other tasks as may from time to time be allocated
Requirements:
· Fluent or Native verbal and written communication in Turkish and English
· Experience in a customer facing role or online
· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
· Ability to problem solve and find a solution
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize· Competent computer literacy skills
· A flexible approach to working hours – Able to working a shift pattern spread across any five days from seven, including public holidays and weekends
