Environmental Health Safety Security Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Environment Health Safety Security (EHSS) Manager to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHSS management system in line with local regulations and standards.

• Prepare and review risk assessments, safe systems of work, and enforce preventive health, safety, security, and environmental measures.

• Conduct workplace inspections, investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage waste data systems, monitor ESG initiatives, and support sustainability and decarbonisation plans.

• Ensure ISO compliance, coordinate EHSS training, supervise contractors adherence to regulations, and act as the main point of contact for site security.

Key Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive matters.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in ISO 14001 and/or Health & Safety will be considered an asset.
