Foreman-Steel Worker

Manpower is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Foreman-Steel Worker to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, weld, and shape steel components for structural assembly.

• Operate tools such as shears, welding torches, and hoisting equipment.

• Align and position steel parts on-site according to blueprints and supervisor instructions.

• Perform dismantling, repairs, and precision alignment of steel structures.

• Document daily activities using software tools and support the training of junior technicians.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steel Worker.

• At least 1 year of experience in the Naval or Shipyard industry.

• Ability to read technical drawings and operate precision tools.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Good command of the English language.
