Courier Driver

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Courier Driver to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and secure delivery of parcels across Malta while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role suits a reliable and responsible individual who is comfortable working independently and managing daily delivery routes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect parcels across Malta efficiently
• Follow assigned routes and adapt to daily changes
• Load and unload parcels safely and securely
• Handle COD payments and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Key Requirements:

• Valid Maltese or EU driving licence
• Previous experience in delivery or driving roles is an asset
• Good knowledge of roads across Malta
• Strong time management and reliability
• Basic device usage and good communication skills

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
• Salary Package: -> Basic Salary + Commissions
• Commission Structure:
1. Using own vehicle:
• 2 € / 2.5 € per package 
2. Using Company vehicle:
   
   • 1.75 € / 2.25 €  per package
• Benefits: 
  • The Courier may be allow to bring the company car at home after working hours if they want to do extra deliveries.
  • The fuel is payed by the comapny.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 7:00 - 15:00
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
