Project Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager (MEP) to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate execution of MEP works, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular progress updates.

• Monitor costs, approve invoices, and support claims and contract negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications, including quality inspections and handover documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution processes.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of local codes, international standards, and HSE regulations.

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
