On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Revenue Manager to identify new opportunities, drive strategic partnerships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth across multiple streams. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong execution skills to build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing product portfolio.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives through analysis of market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights that guide high-impact decision-making.
  • Maintain analytical dashboards to forecast performance, identify growth, and monitor competitive movements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategies ensuring every decision is backed by solid evidence.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using performance metrics, turning insights into actionable improvements that support business goals.

Business Development

  • Source and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships, both locally and internationally.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports on both existing and prospective revenue streams.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, revenue management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and identifying new market opportunities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering persuasive pitches and proposals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong project management abilities and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
