Logistics Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Logistics Manager to join our client's team in the marine supply chain sector, serving ship and yacht services across Malta and offshore delivery points. This role requires a proactive leader fluent in Maltese, with strong logistics management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including planning and execution of deliveries across Maltese ports and offshore locations.

• Manage a fleet of specialised vehicles, equipment, and offshore-certified containers.

• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure rapid stock availability and competitive sourcing.

• Oversee the supply of technical goods, provisions, safety equipment, and specialty yacht requests under tight deadlines.

• Mentor and supervise logistics staff to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Maltese (mandatory) and English.

• 5+ years experience in logistics management, preferably in maritime, ship supply, or related sectors.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, fleet management, and warehousing.

• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISSA, and IMPA.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Working Hours: Normal office hours between 8:00 - 17:00. Can start 7:00-16:00/9:00-17:00
