Job Summary

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client's team. 

As the Marketing Executive, you will bring these brands to life through compelling multi-channel marketing strategies. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growthall while reflecting the compassionate values that define the clients services.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for promotional use, including producing original photography, video, and design assets for digital and print platforms.
  • Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across online (websites, social media, email) and offline (events, outdoor, publications) channels in line with the client's business goals.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain content calendars across all brand platforms, ensuring a consistent and creative output.
  • Ensure uniform brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints, including internal communications and signage.
  • Work closely with the clients operational teams across sites and coordinate with the central team for effective marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with external partners and media to expand brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement via social media and other communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in marketing or digital communications are considered an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, social media scheduling tools, task/project management systems).
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong time management, coordination, and organisational abilities.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
