Manpower is seeking to recruit an HR Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established business with over 45 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain employee files and records (both electronically and physically), including filing of documents and correspondence.

Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates in collaboration with departmental managers.

Participate in employee inductions and orientation programs.

Draft employment-related documents and letters, understanding employee requirements.

Work with managers to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.

Support talent reviews and collaborate with managers to ensure best practices in employee retention.

Liaise with the Payroll and Administration departments to resolve day-to-day payroll queries.

Assist with the employee timekeeping process as required.

Keep the Jobsplus portal up to date.

Update HR-related records and reports.

Support general day-to-day HR duties as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and a strong attention to detail.

Fluent in English and Maltese is an advantage.

In possession of A Level standard of education.

Proficient in the use of a PC; ECDL certification will be considered an asset.

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
